MINNEAPOLIS, MN, January 04, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — Global Tax Network (GTN), a leading provider of workforce mobility tax services and solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Loff as President of the US firm.

Loff joined GTN as Managing Director in 2011 and has over 25 years’ experience in workforce mobility. He has an extensive background assisting multinational companies with the tax, policy, and payroll complexities that come with managing international assignment programs.

“Eric’s strategic thinking and natural leadership ability makes him the right fit as our next President,” said David Kolb, CEO. “Most importantly, he is an empathetic leader who has the respect of our team, our partner vendors, and our clients. Eric’s proven leadership skills and indisputable track record of client success will propel GTN into the next phases of growth and innovation while upholding our strong company culture. We’re beyond excited to appoint an individual of such high character and genuine authenticity.”

Kolb founded GTN in 2000 after recognizing an opportunity to improve the quality of client service in the world of workforce mobility. His vision was to build a company that provides an “Exceptional Experience. Everyone. Everyday. Everywhere.™” Moving out of the President role, Kolb will remain active with GTN for the next several years as CEO, focusing on GTN’s strategic initiatives, including supporting the build-out of a global, world-class ecosystem of workforce mobility providers.

“Being appointed GTN’s next President is a tremendous honor and opportunity,” stated Loff. “Our GTN team consistently demonstrates a dedication to supporting one another, as well as ensuring our clients receive the high-touch, flexible, and proactive services they deserve. This is exactly what makes GTN so special. As we continue to grow and develop even more tools and resources, we are being selected by companies of all sizes and shifting needs to assist with their workforce mobility needs—from large multinational corporations, to companies with unique mobile equity compliance needs, to organizations supporting their first ‘work from anywhere’ employees. I look forward to providing a people-centric experience for our team, and an ‘I wish I had hired GTN years ago’ experience for our clients.”

Since joining GTN, Loff has been instrumental in delivering consistent, quality services to clients while serving as a bridge between companies and their mobile employees. Clients rely on Loff for his ability to translate complicated tax language into meaningful advice, his capacity to see both sides of an issue and develop equitable solutions, and his skill for staying even keeled in the face of challenges.
