Education—William S. Hart District serves junior high and high school students of the new community. Elementary school children will be part of the Newhall School District or the Saugus School District. “With our home in Valencia, we have secured excellent educational opportunities for our son and for the sisters or brothers he may have someday!” said residents Nithin and Sneha.

Amenities—Award-winning Confluence Park encompasses 6.2 acres, with scenic views, open space, the adventure playground and the Lounge clubhouse. The residents-only pool complex features pools for serious swimmers, splashers and tadpoles, plus a spa and cabanas.

Close at hand is the Garden Home, where fruit trees and vegetation climb a steel trellis. Raised produce beds and open-air spaces accommodate workshops for residents and guests. Seating niches and landscaped sidewalks and trails further enhance outdoor leisure for pedestrians, trikes, bikes and four-legged pals.

“The amenities right here at home are brand new and easy to use, like the park, the pools and bike trails,” said residents Jubil and Sini Sason. “There are great places for the kids to hang out, meet others and make friends.”

A Friendly Place—”When we toured new homes, we saw people out and about with their kids and dogs.
