TRI POINTE HOMES BUILDS ON A LIFE CHANGING LEGACY

Tri Pointe’s Inland Empire Division redefined service and community over the holidays

INLAND EMPIRE, CA, January 25, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ — Tri Pointe Homes®, one of the largest homebuilders in the U.S., embraced a dedication to service this past holiday season. Guided by a commitment to excellence, Tri Pointe’s Inland Empire team took to the community to extend their humanitarian efforts to those in need by supporting Olive Crest and the American Legion during the organizations’ recent annual holiday giving efforts.

Olive Crest is an organization dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families through the use of faith, family and community. With locations across California, Nevada and Washington, its reach frequently overlaps with Tri Pointe Homes communities across the region. This past year, the Tri Pointe’s Inland Empire team hosted an afternoon of holiday fun for the Olive Crest Children’s Ranch in Perris, a HomeAid shelter, that included a catered lunch, gingerbread house building and more. In addition, Tri Pointe Homes donated household essentials, gaming units, and gifts for the shelter’s 24 at-risk teen residents.

Tri Pointe’s support of Olive Crest is not confined to this past holiday season. Throughout the years, the team has provided backpacks full of essentials, furniture and household appliances to the organization. Additionally, team members volunteer weekly by having family-style dinners, playing games, teaching life skills, and building trusting relationships with the teens of Olive Crest Children’s Ranch.

In addition to the work done with Olive Crest, Tri Pointe Homes participated in a toy drive organized by American Legion Joe Dominguez Post 742. Specifically, Tri Pointe’s Inland Empire team collected and donated toys to benefit underprivileged youth ages 2-14 throughout Riverside County. Providing programs for our nation’s veterans, its service members, their families, and the youth of America, the American Legion organization has made a difference on the local, state, and national levels since 1919.

This past year marked the seventeenth year of service with Olive Crest and the fourth year of work with the American Legion. “In addition to supporting our region through development of new homes, our Inland Empire team is consistently dedicated to serving those in need,” said Mike Taylor, Tri Pointe Homes Inland Empire Division President. “We are thrilled to have once again partnered with important organizations such as Olive Crest and the American Legion to help those in need feel a bit more at home this past holiday season.”
